Personalizing Your Rock of Ages Memorial

Memorial Symbolism,  Headstone Quotes & Inscriptions

No other purchase you make in your lifetime is more personal or significant than the purchase of a cemetery memorial for a loved one or for yourself.  For that reason, meaningful symbolism plays a central role in memorialization.

Please download our free Rock of Ages symbolism sheets to assist you in selecting rich, meaningful symbols.

Each memorial is a one-of-a-kind highly personalized tribute to a life well lived.  A headstone epitaph or verse inscription transforms a traditional memorial into a more expressive tribute.  A personalized epitaph shares a small piece of oneself with relatives and friends of the deceased as well as to the world and future generations.

We have provided both religious and non-religious headstone epitaphs and inscriptions.  Please feel free to borrow from our lists or prepare your own.
